No, we offer no long-term commitments. You can stay covered as long as you need and cancel or adjust your plan at any time without penalties.

How do I request a service?

Once you’ve signed up, simply reach out to us via phone or email to request a service. Our team will arrange a convenient time for the visit.

Are your contractors fully vetted?

Yes, all our contractors go through a rigorous selection process to ensure they are qualified, experienced, and highly rated by customers.

What happens if a repair can’t be completed on the first visit?

In rare cases, we may need to return with the right parts to complete a repair. We’ll always ensure the area is left safe, and you’ll receive clear instructions until the job is finished.

How soon can I expect service after making a request?

For non-emergency services, we'll work with you to arrange a mutually convenient time within our standard working hours. For emergencies, we aim to be at your property within five hours of your call.
