Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by CAG Residential Limited ("We", "Our", "Us") to you, the Client ("You", "Your"). By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Services Provided

We provide residential property maintenance services, including but not limited to general repairs, plumbing, drainage, electrical repairs, HVAC services, and any additional services as outlined on our website or in your specific service plan.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.
  • Cooperate with us in all matters relating to the provision of services.
  • Ensure timely payment of the agreed service fees.
  • Not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our written consent.

Our Responsibilities

  • Perform services professionally and in compliance with relevant safety and legal standards.
  • Provide services within the specified turnaround times, as applicable.
  • Notify you promptly if any service appointment changes or delays occur.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage to deliver our services.

Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are due monthly in advance, and payments will be collected via Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) or Direct Debit.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree to provide payment for services as detailed on our website.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel services by providing at least 30 working days' written notice before the next payment due date.
  • We may terminate the agreement if you breach any terms or fail to make payments on time.
  • In case of termination, we will cancel any Direct Debit arrangement.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by you in the last six months. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data.

Amendments to the Agreement

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of any amendments.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
