Essential Service
Our Essential Service plan includes:

General Repairs: Minor carpentry, wall patch-ups, and resealing windows and doors.
Plumbing & Drainage: Tap, pipe, and toilet repairs; sink issues; and minor blockages.
Electrical System Repairs: Fixing switches, sockets, and simple wiring issues.
Standard HVAC Maintenance: Heating and cooling adjustments, filter replacements, and thermostat checks.
24/7 Home Emergency Support: Services are available during standard office hours (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), with callouts scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Standard Service
Our Standard Service plan includes:

24/7 Home Emergency Support: Quick response for urgent issues, aiming for a five-hour callout time. During peak periods, we’ll keep you informed of any delays.
